International Workshop: Dealing with technological innovations in mediation: instrument or skill?

– with Andrea Marighetto on 23.06.2021

The new technologies represent a great step forward also for the training of the mediator and the performance of the mediation activity. New technologies, therefore, must be considered not only as a global and immediate tool for training and access to justice, but also as a real “competence” of the mediator. In fact, together with the important psychological aspects such as interaction, empathy, communicative exchange, training through the development of new technologies becomes a new language. And this language is a skill in itself as it allows the mediator to manage global situations of multiculturalism. The dynamics of communication and training have profoundly changed or better evolved.
